Below is a summary of what is generally included in your proposal for an off-site virtual fundraiser.
Audio: Professional digital mixer & up to 6x wireless microphones for all on-air talent (lapel, over-ear or handheld)
Cameras: 3x Professional Sony Camera Bodies & Lenses + 1x Behind The Scenes Camera
Lighting: Professional studio lighting with key, fill and backlight
Monitors: 24” Broadcast quality teleprompter plus additional LCD monitors on stands as needed
Streaming & Playback: Redundant streaming servers, encoders & playback laptops for maximum reliability
LTE Backup: Includes our Verizon LTE routers so we always have an active backup internet connection
Pre-Production: Time for pre-production for project management & graphic design
Set Design: Includes backdrop drape (black, silver or white) and LED accent lighting
Recording & Photos: Recording of the event is included along with a few bonus behind the scenes photos
Deliverables: We’ll provide you with a full recording of your event
Tech Support / Help Desk: Tech support team member for attendees to contact
Rehearsals: We will be on-site the day prior for setup and rehearsals the morning or afternoon of the event
Additional Fees: We generally will not need to add on any fees, unless specific client requests fall dramatically outside of the scope

Whether it’s our expertise with virtual fundraisers or advanced technical settings within Zoom, we’re here to help keep the project moving forward!

Included with your investment is a motion graphics package. Below are a couple of examples that show different ways to showcase your sponsors, event branding and general lower third informational graphics. We’ll request the event design assets you currently have and we’ll turn them into broadcast grade graphics.
