We were lucky enough to work with this fantastic couple to provide the sound for their ceremony and reception.

The room was setup for 100 of their favorite people for the ceremony and was quickly flipped by the professional staff at the Holiday Inn before an amazing dinner, cupcakes, and a great dance as well.

We uplit the room in the brides favorite color of red and designed a custom monogram for them as well. The bride and groom had made some very special requests and the brides brother Matthew provided everyone with some entertaining dance moves himself!

Saturday, November 5th, was not only an amazing day for weather in November, but also the day Emily and Nick Bata became husband and wife. Pinnacle Productions had the opportunity to provide music for the dinner and the wedding dance. The reception was held at CJ Callaways and as always Tina and her staff did an amazing job with everything from serving dinner, clearing tables, and ensuring every guest had everything they needed.

The dance started shortly after supper, with Mr. and Mrs. Bata dancing their first dance together as husband and wife. Emily also shared a dance with her father, as Nick did with his mother. It truly was an amazing night, one of the highlights was when Emilys brother Jon serenaded the bride and groom. The dance continued with special requests, and lets not forget the mother of the brides love for Neil Diamond :) The dance was concluded with Jon singing an encore performance to the new couple.

A BIG thanks to Nick and Emily for choosing Pinnacle Productions to be part of your new life together.

Sioux Falls Wedding Dj Pinnacle Productions Recaps Rick and Aubrey’s Wedding Celebration

Posted on November 10, 2011 in Wedding Dance | No Comments

Rick and Aubrey’s Holiday Inn reception was an absolute BLAST! The bride and groom have been friends for a very long time and recently their friendship blossomed into a love that resulted in marriage. One that we were very happy to help turn their wedding dreams into reality.

They were married at the Old Courthouse with a reception to follow in the stunning Holiday Inn City Center’s Starlight room. The reception hall was beautified with the brides favorite shade of red washed throughout the hall. Everything was amazing! The food was delicious, the cake was blissful, and the decor….simply devine. Simple but elegant appointments made for a very romantic atmosphere.

The bride and groom elected to have their first dance immediately following the introductions so the focus would be where it belonged. They had been anxiously planning for this moment since what we feel was their first date and it most certainly didn’t disappoint. There were tears of joy and happiness, and we were all moved by their affectionate display of simple love and admiration.

Rick and Aubrey, you’ve been friends for years and we are so happy that you’ve taken this natural step to begin your lives together. Thank you for allowing us to help you plan this amazing celebration, but more so for your friendship. Your awesome people and we’re blessed to have assisted you!

Saturday October 14th, 2011 we were honored to work at the beautiful Bev’s on the River in Sioux City IA for the wedding reception of Brittany and Chad Kasten. The room has an amazing view of the mighty Missouri river and a wide open floor plan that lends itself to amazing receptions. This was no different!

When the guests entered the reception space the walls were washed in a beautiful shade of purple with our LED uplighting that set the mood for the elegant affair. We were treated to a rousing bridal party introduction and the bride and grooms first dance which followed the intros.

The best man and the groom share a special connection with music… Dave Matthews. Together they have seen Dave perform at 26 concerts! So our dinner music and cocktail selections had a distinct Matthews twist! As a wedding present the best man MADE bean bag boards with posters of some of the shows they went to embossed on the playing surface. Quite an awesome, unique, and personable gift.

The party began shortly after 8 pm and their was never a moment where the dance floor didn’t have at LEAST 30 people. There were requests from EVERYONE and we are very pleased to provide an amazing party atmosphere.

Brittany and Chad, we can’t thank you enough for allowing us to help you plan and prepare for this amazing celebration. We have received several compliments and phone calls from some of your family and friends who have said how much fun they had, and we are stoked to have had the opportunity to work with you on this special day!

Congratulations and we all wish you the best as you plan your lives together…

Okoboji Wedding Dj’s Pinnacle Productions Recaps a Beautiful Fall Wedding

Amity and Jerad Palmer had a very unique idea of how they wanted their wedding celebration to feel, flow, and fit to their desires. They were very clear that they wanted to work with vendors that were going to be able to convey their particular vision without compromising their budget and using the constraints of the low ceilings and ‘L’ shaped space to blow their guests away.

Let’s start with our portion of the decor. The bride was adamant about projecting tree scapes on three of the four walls, a stary ceiling, pin spotting their beautiful wedding cake, and washing the fourth wall with a beautiful purple hue that matched the fall tones already chosen for the rest of the decor.

After 8 hours of setup and a completely clean and fresh look with completely hidden cable management we were very pleased with the results. But moreso by the brides speechless remark and tears that followed a warm hug. Needless to say we were able to exceed her expectations and we couldn’t be happier.

We also were honored to provide ceremony music for the couple at Gull Point State Park on Spirit Lake around 5 pm on a cool and breezy afternoon. The music that the couple chose were beautiful renditions of classic love songs, and an awesome recessional of “The Cure’s – Friday I’m in Love” Perfect way to end this beautiful Friday afternoon weeding with something fun!

The reception featured a huge head table with all the bridal party and their significant others breaking bread with the guest of honor following a rousing bridal party introduction. The meal was amazing and the cake was out of this world. Nothing less then the very best from the impeccable staff at the Arrowwood Resort on Lake Okoboji.

The dance featured music and karaoke, but the highlight was the dancing! With only 94 guests, we had nearly each and every one of these party animals on the dance floor from 8:30 – Midnight and fielded requests from everyone!

Jerad and Amity, thank you for trusting us to deliver true to our word for this fun & fantastic wedding celebration!

Sioux Falls Wedding Dj’s Pinnacle Productions Recaps Tom and Stephs Wedding

Posted on November 3, 2011 in Wedding Dance | No Comments

Chef Dom’s Catering and Event Facility was the perfect setting for Tom and Stephanie Munich’s wedding ceremony and celebration. Our beautiful bride and groom took great pride in planning their day to incorporate both aspects of the typical wedding in one beautiful venue.

The ceremony started at around 5 with a short and sweet message and vow service that included the traditional pour of the sands. The pastor poured in sand with our couple to symbolize the strength of their commitment to Jesus and to each other. It was a very strong message that their faith is their bond, and their bond is in their faith. The recessional was a fun selection from Chris Brown and his song Forever got the bridal party dancing up the aisle as they entered the reception hall for cocktail hour.

We decorated behind the head table with a simple and elegant uplighting display of Red ambient uplights on the wall behind the couple. The dinner was, as usual, amazing as the staff prepared a feast fit for our newly married king and queen (of the day at least:)! Tender roast beef, succulent chicken breasts, mashed potatoes, mixed veggies, and a great salad made sure noone was left with hunger pains.

The dance was one of the funnest ones this year with their 100 or so guests dancing and making sure their was no shortage or real estate on the dance floor! What an awesome mix of music. Country, Rock, hip – hop, and oldies!

Steph and Tom, thank you for allowing us to be part of your day! We wish you the very best as you begin your lives together!

Posted on November 3, 2011 in Wedding Dance | No Comments

Sioux Falls Wedding Dj’s Pinnacle Productions and All Occasions Event Center in Tea SD worked in a collaborative effort to host and entertain for Brittany and Matt Bullis’s wedding celebration on October 15th!

The room was decorated with simple elegant touches of gray and pink at the tables, and a beautiful shade of Pink uplighting behind the head table and a custom monogram projecting the name of our bride and groom in lights directly above them as they took center stage at the head talble.

The bridal party was introduced to the Black Eyed Peas – Let’s Get it Started! Boy did they ever! Between fist pumps and crazy dance moves the bridal party was introduced and made their way to the head table, with the guest of honor making sure that everyone knew the night had alot of fun in store for everyone!

Matt and Brittany, you guys were so fun to get to know and we wish you an awesome journey! Thanks for allowing us to help with your planning!
