Sioux Falls Wedding Dj Pinnacle Productions Recaps PB & J Wedding Downtown Sioux Falls!
Saturday, October 8th, Pinnacle Productions had the privilege of working with Mr. and Mrs. Phil and Jenn Brinks at their wedding reception. Pinnacle provided up-lighting, custom monogram, MC, and musical entertainment for the reception. It was held downtown at the beautiful Carpenter Room. The room was decorated very elegantly.
In the back corner they had a “lounge” area set up with couches, coffee table, and tv showcasing Phil and Jenn’s slide show. This enabled guest to watch the slide show at any time in the night. The reception began with the introduction of the bridal party, directly followed with Phil and Jenn’s first dance as husband and wife. Chef Lance provided a variety of appetizers and orderves, along with a pasta buffet; the food was amazing… But the best part was when he brought out their PB & J pastries…. IF you didn’t catch that, it’s Phil Brinks and Jenn ![]()
The dance began shortly after the cake cutting. Pinnacle had a wide selection of songs requested from everyone at the dance. We had grandma, who showed every how to dance to the Glenn Miller Orchestra, and the bride Jenn, who did her own rendition to Africa’s, “Toto”.
Thanks to Pam from the Carpenter Room, it was pleasure working with you. And of course to Phil and Jenn; You two were great to work with, and Pinnacle Productions wishes you many years together
Sioux Falls Dj’s Pinnacle Productions Recaps SMSU Mustang Idol Contest
On Wednesday September 21st Pinnacle Productions headed north to work with the awesome Student Association at SMSU in Marshall MN for the 5th year of Mustang Idol! We were there bright and early and stayed late to make sure the students and faculty had a great time flexing their golden pipes!
The competition was strong again this year as more than 50 student singers strutted their stuff on the red stage much to the delight, and sometimes dislike of our campus celebrity judges. The panel of three esteemed judges whittled down the 50 to 12 superstar contenders.
When the dust settled the friendly competition was settled and this year another female took home the top prize! I’m sure the boys will have to raise their bar to get back the honor of being the SMSU Mustang Idol!
Thanks for allowing Pinnacle Productions to work with you on this awesome homecoming week tradition!
Sioux Falls Wedding Dj Pinnacle Productions Takes the Party West!
Sioux Falls Wedding Dj’s in Rapid City SD? Only for an awesome couple planning and epic celebration! We had the absolute honor to work with Mr and Mrs Justin and Kelly Hipple at the fabulous Rapid City Holiday Inn / Rushmore Plaza on Saturday September 24th. The room was full of energy and emotion from their small but fun 100 guest wedding.
The bride and groom requested our design team to take their beautiful pink / purple theme and add their personal flair to an already beautiful room! They also incorporated a custom designed monogram that everyone could see as they walked in the room!
All summer long we’ve been doing some awesome receptions for awesome people, but this night was full of unique touches that we were more than happy to coordinate. From the song our Matron of Honor sang for her sister and new brother, to the acoustic rendition of Akon’s – Beautiful Justin sang to his bride, this was simply one of the best weddings we’ve ever been a party of!
When the last songs were played, just before midnight the crowd decided they hadn’t had enough… To be honest we went until the hotel kicked us out of the room! 90 minutes of overtime and the crowd still wanted more! This reminded us all of why we are truly blessed to work with our clients and make them the life of their party!
Justin and Kelly, thank you so much for letting us into your lives for this amazing celebration! It was simply an honor to work with you both as you take this momentous journey into your Happily Ever After!

Aaron and Jennifer Norgaard and their closest friends and family were the center of an amazing night in Dell Rapids on September 17th, 2011 at the Beautiful Old 77 Ballroom! The room was adorned with charming birdhouses, elegant uplighting, and a custom monogram showcasing the bride and grooms special design.
Aaron recently returned from his deployment to the Middle East and many of his guard buddies were in attendance as well. The Red, White, and Blue lighting both under and behind the head table gave a very fun and patriotic feel as guests first arrived. The speeches were great as the best man, maid of honor, and a couple extra members of the bridal party announced their love for our beautiful couple.
The dance was one for the ages with a full dance floor for almost all the night! Country, rock, hip hop, and even polkas gave our guests a full opportunity to work their magic feet. From young to old we had em rocking right until they kicked us out!
We would like to thank Aaron and Jennifer for allowing us to work with you to plan this awesome celebration! We wish you the very best in your new adventures!
