Shaun and Anna’s Beautiful Old Courthouse Museum Wedding

Posted on May 1, 2012 in Wedding Dance | No Comments

Shaun and Anna were married April 18th, 2012 at the Old Courthouse in Beautiful downtown Sioux Falls. The shared their vows with about 160 of their favorite people in the courtyard. For the most part of the day the skies were overcast and hinting at rain. Alas the clouds broke and the pending rain stayed away just in time for the processional and provided a beautiful ambiance as they both said “I Do”

The wedding guests made their way to the second floor for a beautiful reception! The room (naturally beautiful with it’s high ceilings, amazing wood floors, and colorful adornments) was up-lit in a beautiful shade of purple that matched the brides favorite color.

Beautiful Backdrop for a Beautiful Wedding

Guests enjoyed a bountiful meal courtesy of Johnny Carrino’s and homemade cheesecakes made by the brides awesome mother Joan! No less than 25 cheesecakes of every flavor tempted the guests even before dinner. Some people took the “life’s short, eat dessert first” to heart and delved in before they were able to get the main course from their buffet line.

The toasts were made, dinner was done, dessert was served and we all awaited the bride and grooms first dance. They shared this moment with Allison Krause’s “when you say nothing at all” The guests were treated to open dancing, a great DIY photobooth, and some wicked dance moves!

Shaun and Anna were a great couple to work with and we couldn’t be happier to work with the two of you as you start your new chapter as husband and wife!

Sioux Falls Dj’s Pinnacle Productions Recaps Wade and Kristin’s big day!

Ladies and Gentlemen start your engines! That’s how our awesome wedding party was introduced at Wade and Kristin Ratajczak’s wedding celebration on April 21st 2012 at KB’s Ballroom in Ghent MN! They are HUGE racing fans and wanted something out of the ordinary to be introduced to their awaiting fans! SO with some direction (I don’t know much about NASCAR admittedly) together we planned everything from the engine starting, rev’n the engines, and tire squeals as the “Drivers” were introduced at the Ratajczak 500! The Crew Chiefs (Maid of Honor and best man) were introduced prior to our bride and groom arriving in the winners circle…… This introduction was truly memorable!

After the “Dust” settled from the introductions the meal was served to the 400 or so guests in attendance and they were treated well! The staff from the Caboose in Tracy prepared a great 2 meat buffet and the cupcakes were equally divine! The blessings followed the meal. Some were heartwarming, some were funny, but one thing for sure, the bridal party were all very happy to be there for both the bride and groom.

The dance started with the “winners” first dance and the dance floor was full almost the entire duration! The crowd was lovin’ some country, rock, oldies, and much more! As always in Ghent the dance floor was HUGE and gave everyone a chance to dance. During a couple slow songs there were at least 100 couples dancing!

Wade and Kristin, thank you guys for allowing us at Pinnacle Productions to perform for your big day! It’s our sincere hope that you all enjoyed your evening and congratulations on your new life together!

Tylene and Jeff’s Wedding Celebrations

Posted on April 25, 2012 in Wedding Dance | No Comments

Saturday, April 21st, 2012, we had the privilege to work with Tylene
and Jeff Schwebach for their wedding celebration. The couple chose a
destination wedding to the Dominican Republic, so this was a
celebration for all their friends and family. The event was held in
Dell Rapids at the Dells Event Center, and was catered by Tom and Jamie
from the Old Dutch Inn.

Tylene and Jeff’s colors were a bright pink accented with a lime
green. They had each table decorated a little different and the event
center looked amazing!

The dance began with the newlyweds dancing to “God Gave Me You”, by
Blake Shelton. The formals ended with the bridal party dance and, oh
boy, did they start the dance off AWESOME!!! There were several
requests made all night from a 2yr old requesting Lady Gaga, to the
father of the bride, as he said he, “needs the Village People!”

Sioux Falls Djs Pinnacle Productions Recaps SDSU Rodeo Club Dance

Posted on April 18, 2012 in Corporate Events | No Comments

The SDSU Rodeo Club held their annual Jackrabbit Stampede last week at the Swiftel Center in Brookings SD to a HUGE crowd each night. The cowboys and cowgirls showcased their riding and roping for school and personal pride.

What a great night

Huge Setup for a HUGE Rodeo Party

We at Pinnacle Productions have worked with the SDSU Rodeo Club for each of the last 3 years to provide an awesome dance experience for these athletes and their friends! From early on the dance floor was full and the requests were non stop! From country to rock and roll and even some awesome top 40 and hip hop, the music was pumpin’!

We used a massive sound system and great lighting and music videos to engage dancers and spectators as well. When the dust settled they were begging for more!! But until next time, the memories will have to suffice!

Thanks again to everyone at the Swiftel Center for the hospitality and thank you for allowing us the honor to work with the awesome folks in the SDSU Rodeo Club!
